Prologue

12-2 am :

Played a couple pub games with Aiman and Lut. Supposedly, I need to sleep early so because tomorrow I need to get up early. But then I found out that, the MYM Pride #8 Grand Finals was gonna start in a few while. Without thinking further, I decided to stay up and watch the matches.

2-6 am:

The first game commenced around 3 something and I watch the stream on GGTV. Sadly enough the game was a reload, the replay was only around 6-7 minutes :(. Little did I know that the match was gonna be very very very very interesting. It was certainly the best match I've watched so far. VP were very imba with their gankings (as always), and they established quite a convincing lead.

By 24th minutes, all off VP already had a blink dagger. And I thought, "Damn... MYM's finished". MYM was having a hard time farming, and not even one of them had blink at that time. The first hero for them to buy a blink was Tiny at around the 27th minute (I think).

Another problem is that MYM picked Dazzle, and he seemed to be feeding like hell, and he's doing all the warding. He never got any real items until very late in the game. But in the end, it turns out that the Dazzle was the crucial factor in MYM's first game win against VP.

Yes, MYM won the first game, to my surprise o_O. Dazzle's ulti ensured that Centaur Warchief, PotM and Tiny had the minimum of gold lost. Even though they died quite a number of times, they died when they got the Shallow Grave buff on them. That three heroes had only like 3 digits of gold lost by the end of the game. wtf.

Centaur in the end farmed up all the necessary items needed to carry the team, so did PotM and Tiny. MYM's damage output during the late game was too much for VP too handle. Even though VP lay the own early game, they never managed to push far into MYM's base, as Dazzle's ulti ensured that the three mentioned heroes revived fast to defend. MYM|Mania's Tiny was quite awesome with his tosses ^_^.

The 2nd game was as intriguing as the first. MYM opted for a fast push strat - with Pugna soloing mid and with Tiny and Leshrac in their lineups - the three of them can get rid of towers fast with their spells. The Nether Ward was quite crucial in the game, as without it, MYM's pushes would almost certainly means fail. By 25th minutes, MYM broke VP mid base tower. They didn't get to break any raxes though. The hero kill score were quite even for both teams.

And then MYM started to lose ground approaching mid game. In an attempt to push Vp's bottom 2nd tier tower, MYM's Pugna seemed like he turned off for a while. VS swapped him before he could get his Nether Ward out, and he was killed. And then, one by one, the rest of MYM were also killed - with Admiration's Sven being the DPSer that did most the damage to MYM. In the end, MYM fast push strat failed as they couldn't push any further because as they tried, VP's Sven wipe them off easily with BKB + GS. That Sven got a couple of DKs and TKs and eventually was Godlike. Though, many would say that Sven was the deciding factor in this game, I do not. Even though, she has been ineffective in recent matches, VP brought back Vengeful Spirit and her initiation with Swap + Stun proved to be crucial in killing the Pugna. gg wp.

6-10 am:

Before I slept, I left a message in my status on ym saying that I slept at 6 and don't wake me up. I also wrote there asking my friends to go buy the BBQ things first before waking me. I slept like a log. But, at 10 am, they were already at my front gate. wtfwtfwtf >_>.

The Journey...

10 am - 12.30 pm

They woke me up at last, and it was very very annoying. Even more annoying because of Betty's loud voice T_T. I asked them to wait and got ready. We then went to NZ and met up with Safiq who's been waiting there for about 1 hour+. rofl. Afterwards, the rest of the boys came to meet us. Next stop was supposed to be Carrefour. But I forgot to bring my BBQ set, so Aiman drove me back to my house to pick it up. We also had to pick up Ghani. Though, we found him at the AU4 vicinity, already halfway walking. We then went to take the BBQ set from my house and then went straight to Carrefour where we bought all the stuff we needed.

12.30 pm - 12.50 pm

We stop at the petrol kiosk to fill up and bought some tidbits for the journey.

12.50 pm onwards

We started our journey. Aiman repeated so many times to the other two who's driving to follow him, because we were going there using a different route. But we got separated because they took the wrong lane. We had to park the car to the side of the road to wait for them. Hamdan turned back and met up with us at 1.18 pm. Pejal took the PLUS highway. We arrived at the border at 2 pm and arrived at the vicinity of PD by half an hour later. And after that, errrrr............. I lost track of the time. lul.

We arrived at a beach, and reserved a spot. There's 2 goalposts there too :D, to our excitement. We got all our things out from the car and got everything ready for the BBQ. Since Pejal didn't follow the same route as us, he arrived at the beach later. We then started to light up the BBQ. And I was the one that had to made the fire, since everyone else is so lazy >_>. So, we exchanged shift after once in a while - when some went to take a swim, some took care of the BBQ. We had great fun there. We played football for a little bit, but it was quite painful since Nazwan brought a futsal ball, and to play it on the sands was a pretty dumb idea. But all in all, we still had a fun time there, we certainly had great laughs.

7.00 pm - 8.30 pm

After we had clean ourselves up at the showers, we tidy up the BBQ spot and kept all our belongings back in the car. Since it was dusk, me and Aiman went to the beach for one last time and took several pictures. After all of us were ready, we took off. But, we then had to stopped at a night market because Betty wanted to buy something for his mom. Haizzz. We got out for a while, and a few minutes later, me, Lut, Aiman, and Safiq got back in our car. We still had to wait for a while before Betty finally finished buying, or whatever he was doing. Then we head of again. All of us this time used the PLUS highway, as it would be the safer option to go back home at night.

8.30 pm onwards

Face of the year hands down.. wtf Acap... -_-

I slept during the journey back, but was woken up by Aiman and Safiq. The guys stopped at an R&R. wtf -_-. I stayed in the car while the rest when for a quick drink. We carried on our journey back after they had finished. I re-slept again during the whole journey and woke up when we arrived in the vicinity of AU4, just before we reached Lut's. Aiman dropped Lut at his house, then Safiq and finally me. The time was prolly 10.30 pm or something, couldn't recall. Man was I exhausted. I thought I would have slept upon arriving home, but that was never the case. I was caught up with a few things, and only slept around 3 am. gg.

Nothing beats this rivalry. Tight game. In the first half, chances came mostly from the Merseysiders. But almost at the end of the first half, Tevez made no mistake of scoring a goal from 5 yards. Boring 2nd half. Can't remember many other actions in the game. But one thing really caused me concern. Which is Van Der Sar's perfomance. Don't know if it's just me, but he looks very clumsy in this game for some reason >_>. If we were to lose this game, I'm sure he was the one who'd most likely contributed to it T_T.

Arsenal 1-0 Chelsea

So Arse still at the top. Another quite tight game, but there's quite a number of chances by both team. Gallas scored a great header, also at the end of the first half. Arsenal were definitely the better team in this match. Their passes and counter-attack moves were quite superb and even one of the Premiership best defensive club in the shape of Chelsea were having a hard time defending. Arsenal deserved their win I guess, though admitting it was something hard to muster. Zzzz.

Saturday 15/12/2007...

Went to KL today. Too tired to write anything now. Later I update. zzz

So, I woke up around 7.00 a.m. after only 5 hours+ of sleep and then went to class after shower and all. Classes on Saturday are tiring. Sweat -_-. So, after finished classes, I got back home and get ready to go KL with my friends. Well, only one and a half hour later Aiman arrived to pick me up. While waiting for him to come, I managed to watch one GGTV match - MYM vs VP first match (gg by VP). So, Aiman picked me up around 2 o'clock and we went to pick up our friends that wanted to tag along. But, in Aiman's car, there's already 5 person (Me, Aiman, Pitot, Kamil, Iqbal), so there's no space for 3 more (there's Betty ffs..!). So, Zim, Lut and Firdaus a.k.a. Betty had no choice but to take the cab to the LRT station. Moving on, we detour to Carrefour for awhile because Man wanted to take his new spectacles.

We finally went to the Wangsa Maju LRT station. The people who queued to buy tickets were quite a lot, and since the other three haven't arrived yet, we decided to buy the tickets for them also. We still had to wait for a while for the three to arrive after Pitot had bought the tickets. And when they arrived, we then ride the LRT. We stopped at Dang Wangi and took the monorail to BB. First stop, was the New Era office at Menara Keck Seng. Going there to get my prize cheque for getting 3rd place in a recent WE tourney at Subang Parade :D. But, sadly the office was closed on Saturday :(.

So, we then went straight to Lowyat because Man wanted to find a replace to repair his lappy (white screen - which all of us came to a conclusion that it happens because he watches way too much of a certain something rofl! :P). Other than that, Kamil wanted to buy a CPU and the rest just wanted to window shopping :D. We took the price lists from shops and survey prices for Kamil. Man went to two shops and to no avail, both shop said the price to repair his screen is around RM800-RM900. We then went to an Acer retailer and he asked them to check whether he still have warranty for his lappy. They asked him to go to a certain place at Times Square, 9th floor. So, we had another place to go next. Bal wanted to buy an external hard disk first, so we head out to find a shop that sells it. But suddenly, he was separated from the 7 of us. LOL.

We then make our way to TS, hoping that he will contact us and meet us there instead. So, we got to the 9th floor of TS and me and Man entered the shop - well, not exactly a shop, it's a place for repairing lappy's or something. The person in the counter checked Man's laptop and he was happy to be told that it still had the warranty. So, free repair for his lappy. We then went bowling.

(Before we bowled, I called Shafiq Hashim, a.ka. Shafiq Pressure, and arranged a 5v5 with his team. Around that moment, Bal SMS'ed his cousion, Man, and told that he was going home because he needs to do something. We thought he was 'touching' because we left him there at Lowyat, but we found later that that was not it. LOL.)

So, 5 of us played (Lut and Zim didn't) and Betty won it with 111 points. 2nd was Aiman with 110, lol. 3rd was Kamil, I think, with 85 and next was Pitot with 84. Last place was... :( Anyways, thanks to Betty for treating us with the game. :D

Then, finally Kamil decided to buy his CPU, so he took out his money, and we went to Lowyat again. We found a shop that offered a good price for a CPU, with quite good specs, and he bought it. We were told by the shop guy that it'll be ready around 1/2 - 1 hour. We decided to eat first to kill the remaining time. Went back to Sg Wang's McD, and had Double Cheeseburger (it's been a while :P). Time was running out for us really. We arranged the match to be played at 9.30 p.m., but it was already 9 when we finished eating.

We rushed and retrieved Kamil's stuff from the shop and headed straight for the monorail. When we switched to take the LRT at Dang Wangi, we faced quite a problem. It was very damn packed. When the first train arrived, we had no choice but to wait for the next, as we couldn't get on it. The next arrived, and the same thing - it was full. Even when we were first in line, we still couldn't get on. Sigh. There were 7 of us, and stupid ideas came about. From farting to send all passengers out, to taking the train the other way and then ride back to the original route. Trains were few and far between - around 10-15 minutes in between each train. That was long as fuck.

We missed another few trains when finally we decided to rush in no matter what. We sort of make a formation - Zim and Pitot had already taken the train that went the other route, Kamil, Betty and Lut took the same train as me and Man, but they entered from different entrance. So, when the train came again, it was still damn full. It was so packed that nobody entered (nobody even got off).

Me and Man hesitated for awhile, and then he rushed in - he was carrying Kamil's CPU - and he found space to stand and put the CPU on the ground. And being quite little myself, I managed to squeeze in with the pack. We never knew what happen to the other three or the other two, but hoped that they would make it somehow. After a long, congested, out-of-breath journey, we finally arrived back at W. Maju station around 11 something. And the darndest thing happened.

Somehow, all 7 of us were on the same train - I only found out when I saw Zim and Pitot, and then saw Kamil, Betty and Lut after arriving. We made our way to the cybercafe. We contacted our opponents, and found out that they had just ordered food. So we composed ourself, and me and Man went to another cc to check up on Bal. We found out why he went off early - he had to buy his train ticket to go back Johor (I think).

After awhile, we got back to the cc to have that match against our opponents. We managed to play two games in less then 2 hours - RM3.50 was spent. First game was total ownage by, non other than, yours truly, the one and only, ME. Haha, nice QoP game - went 26/2 or something.
Next game we lost, because of lineups (it was -ar this time). There was a suspicion of 'pumping' by the other team. Ahhh but wth, I don't care that much. We'd still lose anyway. But I felt good because of the first game ownage :D. Lalalalala.

After finished, we go to the mamak stall downstairs and ate (the Nasi Lemak Ayam really owns). Bal was so generous that he treated everyone of us (because it's his last day at KL). After eating, we got back home. I arrived home at 2.00 a.m. Used my computer for awhile, browsed the internet etc. etc.. Surprisingly, my GGC mates were still online at that time. I thought of playing a game before sleeping, but tiredness pawned me. I only went to bed at 3 and most probably fell asleep at 3.15 a.m.. Haihhh. Such a long day. Had fun nevertheless. gg wp

Free Food FTW. LOL.

My front neighbour is getting engaged, and we were invited to come to the engagement ceremony, and also to eat :D. Me and my brother went to Tokek's house first, because we planned to go together. Then, we go to the ceremony. When we entered our dear neighbour's yard, we greeted a couple of person, and then made our way into the house to take pictures :D. After that, we stuffed our mouths with delicious foods. LUL. Anyways, congrats to Kak Teh on the engagement.
